Hello all;
i have to figure out if my router is causeing check sum errors or if it is my modem. i have BPL in Manassas city.
i am using a net gear router, and something is wrong i have unkown publisher errors when i try to down load almost anything.
pics. come out discolored.
i found a blog that talked about net work card acting up so i installed a new card and that did not do it.
if anyone one has any ideas i would love to here them, as this is getting expensive and frustrateing.

Well seeing as how you have both a router & a modem, the easiest thing to do is plug your computer directly into the modem, that will eliminate the router. So if the problem goes away then you know the router is likely the cause of the issue.
