I'm in charge of computing at a school and we windows server 2003 and can block a lot of sites and County Hall who provide our internet also block a lot of sites until...

Until the kids bring in Firefox (or another browser) on CD or memory stick and can then view anything - porn, violence, and anything they want.

What can I do to regain control of the computer system.

you have to use ISA Server to block it.
