Just keep the pages which you want to be indexed in google & remove the rest from sitemap. Robots.txt I follow the simple one unless there are some unnecessary query pages indexed.

It will be more of content & Schema. AMP will have huge effect on mobile rankings. FAQ Schema is also taking over SERP's. I am bit skeptical about voice search, it still needs time. Links still hold priority but On-page will be dominating.
