1. The program should be able to compute the CGPA of each candidate when scores for the courses are entered
2.the program should be able to search for individual records and display it, in a well designed interface
3. The program should be able to indicate the students best course among the 15 courses
4. The program should be able to determine the best student in a record of 50 students

I'd ask this be removed as it's not a good start to your reputation in many forums. Try again but share the work you've done so far and where you are having issues.
