I hawe a site on one.com and tried to restore my sql data base. i hade a backup, before i restored it i dropped all the thables to read in the new wone. buth it dosent work it says that the database allredy exist. Now my sight destroyerd. Please what can i do? Is it anything i can do. mi self. can i restore it another way ore am i doing wrong.

Since you want to load tables with new data, rather than dropping the tables, you can truncate them.
Then you can insert new data.
Just keep in mind in case you get this problem again since it seems already solved.
