I'm using this one (actually the Access 2007 version) http://www.amazon.com/Beginning-Access-2003-VBA-Programmer/dp/0764556592/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1214204228&sr=8-2
To teach a beginning VBA class for our Portland Access Users Group. It seems to be pretty good.
Even though this is for Access 2000, I don't think there's a better book out there to really wrap your head around VBA coding quickly: It's called Beginning Access 2000 VBA by Robert Smith and David Sussman, WROX press.
I taught Access VBA for a couple years and have been doing Access development work for over 10 years... this book is a 700 page tutorial (best done AS a tutorial) that reads fast (and somewhat entertaining as well). CD-rom has tons of code snippets and samples to use with the text. Very, very, well done.
