I wanted to ask this before I tried to build these two large tables myself. Does anyone know where or if I can find an MS Sql table of the United States, Cites and States. Possibly with the relationship between state and cites already built, or even an Sql procedure that I can run.

Hey thanks for trying to help me but I decided to write a script in java to read in the city names of each state from a text file then put them in the correct sql procedure format and writes them to a text file. It takes time but not as much time if I where to insert each city separately.
