Plzz help, all i have now is

and all my databases has been erased. how to prevent from it?

phpMyAdmin has errors also....#2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query....how to solve it out...help

so, if u have that kind of problem ask your host provider cos meaby he has problem too and just didnt mentioned about it ehh...subject is closed
