- a pc with windows operating system
- installation of Java
- installation of either Java ME SDK 3.0, or WTK 2.5.2 or custom installation of WTK from mobile phone manufacturer
- IDE (IntelliJ Idea, Eclipse, NetBeans)
- Interest to learn not just ask lazy questions which can be answered with simple googling

This is not a question indeed. But still if you consider it to be one then lwt me answer you.
Apart from the PC having any O.S.(MUST REQUIRED THINGS), you should have the Java installed with it's SDK, the IDE( NetBeans or Eclipse will do) and Internet from where you can reach GOOGLE & your full Conviction towards learning it on demand.
