C++ Help Files

I had been using old turbo C++ compiler and with i had the help files on C++. However, the documents with my old version of turbo c++ is quite obsolete now. I want to get the latest docs so that i can look up specific function and class details with relative ease. Where do i get the latest docs for C++ on the web?
