Don't worry i did it my self :P

char [] ags = myString.ToCharArray();
			
			string finalString = string.Empty;
			string new_ch = String.Empty;
			foreach (char ch in ags)
			{
				if(char.IsUpper(ch))
				{
					new_ch = ch.ToString().Replace( ch.ToString(), Convert.ToString( " " + ch.ToString().ToLower() ) );
				}
				else
				{
					new_ch = ch.ToString();
				}
				finalString += new_ch;
			}

			Response.Write(finalString);
