I have been trying to make a client server chat application with voice chat ...i'm using visual studio 2008 ...can any1 tel me the components or libraries used to implement voip in .net ?

i would like to get to know simple voice chat. not voip bcz sometimes it is sending me behind proxies and not listening one person. sometimes both. so anyone give idea how to voice chat
