Hello there,
I am able do run rmi over lan but when I want to access my rmi server from other system which is out of my lan network it doesnt work.
My ip address what I check by ipconfig/all is locally assinged ip address and my ip address check by the site whatismyipaddress.com is different so what should I use in place of ip address to find the registry.

Out side of my LAN mean the server and the client both are connected to internet but both has different ISP and so how the client will figure out what should be the ip address of the server, coz the the server will have a local ip address and a internet ip address (which is in case of using low cost internet service eg internet via mobile) so which ip address should the client use to get the binded object.
