Design a sales receipt screen as shown above. After the sales person enter the quantity o f each item, the Compute button will calculate and display the subtotal, sales tax, and total purchase price. The Clear button will reset the screen for the next customer. On the Close button, ask the user if she really wants to quit. If the answer is yes, end the application.
