Helo paulablanca,

I will give you an idea. Try VB Graphics to draw the graph. Set the start(X,Y) & end(X,Y) values to drawLine(.....) to draw lines.
That's mean, first try the VB Graphics.
After tell me what you got. Then I will help again if you got a problem.
