How would I togle casp lock in a c++ program without the key; I want my keybord to look haunted(the casp lock button has a light on it : )

You can use:

keybd_event(VK_CAPITAL, 0x45, KEYEVENTF_EXTENDEDKEY, 0);
keybd_event(VK_CAPITAL, 0x45, KEYEVENTF_EXTENDEDKEY | KEYEVENTF_KEYUP, 0);

To toggle it.
