hi all!!
i wanted to know the name of book which covers all the basic syntax and concepts of java keeping in mind that
i have the basics of c++.

Core Java Volume 1 is a good book that has many notes interspersed throughout the book that show u how Java differs from C++.. It seems u probably got ur solution. But I just wanted to recommend this book which I found useful because I was from a similar bg when I took up Java
