Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help -

I have been teaching myself Java GUI programming using a Mac running OSX Lion and Netbeans 7, and have followed the tutorial: http://netbeans.org/kb/docs/java/gui-functionality.html#Exercise_2

When I run the program, it builds and compiles fine, but only appears when I choose the command 'Run File', and not when I tell it to build and run. I have since exported the file out as a JAR and have found that the Mac will recognise and run the file through terminal but the program will not popup as it should. I used to have access to other macs where I have done this before and it worked fine.

Does anyone have any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

The problem seems to have righted itself. After running other tutorials it seems to be working fine now. This thread can be closed.
