Does anyone know how to program a one question survey that goes something like this:
-->'Question'
"enter response"
0 - Disagree
1 - Neutral
3 - Agree
Also a display results option that shows the number of responses and the max min and average?

Well firstly we need to know how you'd store the gathered information. As this is required for the display results options and resulting calculations to be completed.
So decide upon that firstly :)
