what programming language can i use so that i make my files on a cd not to be copied?(ie.copy protect?).please help

you could compress them with a program like WinZip then require a password before de-compressing them.

You can also encrypt it. This can be done using any language. There are numerous alorithms to encrypt. You can use any one that suits you. Google it for more info.
