How to use JDatePicker in Java

Hi all,

I have come across the class JDatePicker which allows user to pick the date from the calender. But, I actually don't know how to use it. I have searched on the Google but didn't find much helpful information. Can anybody help me on this? Any help(e.g. examples) will be useful.
