Hi,

It is possible to make a software with a database such as MS access and make it available for everyone without need of a server or without a need to install the database software and/or make the database from scratch?

You can include the database file with your software, but if you want everyone to share data, you'll need a central data location. Depending on how up-to-date you need everyone to be you can do local updates at specific times.
