Hello guys,
i m new to this community
i m working on a library project i have been told to provide the facility to the users that they can import and export the database again.
EXactly, the case is that when the pc gets corrupt again the software be installed and the database be also restored and there should not be any kind of data loss.

Which database are you using? you need to write a wizrd kind of application which Attach the DB files DB.
