lright, I have a combobox with a list of Food names, and the user can also add food names. How would I make this print or go to a print preview page

You might want to study some printing tutorials. Google for it,example.

i think you need to conect it in php.. to print in new page

You can add the Print Preview tool and then code it to Preview the ComboBox items.
