I have gone through "How Do I?" Videos for Visual C# but it is all about wpf , and the link is already expired

Hoping for some help on this topic where user can choice columns to search in the lookup and when user pick one it search according to a pick of the column name

please refer the images too . Hope someone will give me a article or video to refer

yes , question is to create a dynamic lookup as shown above from windows aplication (support with Entity framework).
