Recently I am facing a problem when I am browsing or clicking links in web pages. As I click to a particular link, an additional windows open with another website as advertisement. Is there any software to avoid such unexpected adds ?

Sounds like you may have some infection on your machine, usually malware or you are allowing popups in your browser.
What OS are you using? If it is Windows, you can try something like malwarebytes or other malware detection software to see if your machine is infected.
