i want to add a customer feedback feature in my application in which customer send an feedback through email.

hw can i send email in vb 6.0.
plz help

do you just want a button which will open outlook and isnert your adress? or do you want your app to do it all for the customer?

are you using vb calssic or vb.net?

i know that in VB.net you can use the linklabel control to do exactly that. Its a label that acts as a hyperlink, in the properties you just change the path to mailto:adress@domain.com
