SHOPPING[Computer parts]... i have no idea about Payment options
I need details about CREDIT CARDS options[ Like as any bank] then tell
me How can i design my form that options... plz Suggest my questions....

usually banks provide you with a dll file. you reference to that dll file and there become namespaces and classes available to you, then you basically use those classes to implement the payment. you can contact some bank to provide you those test dll for you to practice(they will provide that thing if they take you seriously)
I do not think any bank will provide you dll for test , rather implement dummy credit card processing.
