I want a forum that to sign up, you need a disc.
To be able to view them on the internet, you need a screen name, and you can't get a screen name without a disc. Does anyone know how to do this?

Not quite sure what you meant by 'you need a disc'. My understanding is someone need to buy a CD (disc), get a code and use the code to sign up to a fourm. Am I right?
if yes, then you can have a standard register form with input boxes to allow user to enter their screen name and the CD code (as verification purpose). Once registered, your user can use the forum.
