Good day everyone,I want to publish a website as regard to testing because this is my first attempt. My database is mysql server located at
C:\Program Files\mysql , my php at C:\php and and my apache at C:\Program Files\tomcat.
please how do i gather all this into one folder so that everything will work
b4 publishing may using something like ftp.
I just found a site where i can publish it free.

Which site you are going to publishing for free? There itself they given online ftp manager to upload your files, then they too followed a structure like root (or) htdocs. your index.htm or index.php file should come under that root path. You should configure or read the manual of their site. Most of the site providing their own sql server and apache server. Just you have to upload your files. Refer the documentation of the site to upload your files for more.
