Mod Rewrite Help

I already have a mod rewrite directing all traffic in my site through my domain.com/index.php file.

i because this is happening, i need another rewrite to make any call to the url of: domain.com/blog

to actually go to http://domain.com/blog/index.php instead of just back to my normal domain.com/index.php

is there anybody out there that can help me?

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^domain.com/blog $
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domain.com/blog/index.php [R=301]

Try with this in your .htaccess file.
