I have search on google about the polling application and i have not yet got the proper solution so that i can understand.

i have that experience in polling system., but i dont know what your exact requirement. but i try to give some idea. first of all you want to mastering the polling question, enable and disable option need to change polling question frequently, and also need table to store the answer for that polling question with id, so that you can show the percentage result. You need to be a bit more specific here. What do you mean by polling? What restrictions do you have? What are you going to be polling?
