Hi
I want to make a form that has multiple search option.I want to give a drop down box as well as check boxes.If the user selects the field in dropdown box the search will be done through that field and if the user wants to select through multiple fields the user checks on the field and a text box appears and the user write the value in it and start its search can anyone help.Thanks in advance

Where's your code? At least have a stab at it. The HTML will be simple. Start with that.
