You have not already defined the variable '$no'. Define this variable outside of the loop before starting the loop. Like below.

$no=0;
while($dataTampil=mysql_fetch_array($qryTampil)) {
  $no++; 
  ?>
  
  <tr bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
