How to send email on localhost?

I use the Xampp software.
My computer is connected to voucher.

I don't know how to send the email out on localhost! Any software is needed ? How to change the file "php.ini"?

You need to set up a mailserver. Mercury? You sure you want to do this?

I see you're trying to use smtp.google.com as your relay ... you can't just use any old smtp server.

You need a server you're allowed to use, such as your ISPs relay, find that out and use that.
