i am new to PHP programming..

I cant access phpmyadmin and its says "You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server." when i tried to use the ipaddress of my computer instead of localhost...

how to fix it can anybody help me???

Login to phpmyadmin (with working login info). Server:localhost, privileges. add user and host. Do this carefully.

Make sure that you've access permission for the web folder (ie. xampp).
