i mean require software and their configuration.

Get XAMPP (Apache, PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin and a few other things) and a good IDE, e.g. Bluefish, Aptana, Eclipse PDT, Notepad++ or any other general/code editor.

A MySQL GUI should be useful: MySQL Workbench or SQLyog

FTP client - FileZilla

A copy of every popular browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE).
