I want a Jquery Popup Form which will appear on Page Load but only one time (for newsletter purpose). After filling form.. I want to store values into a table.

jquery the do more JAVASCRIPT library, with which you wish to accomplish an AJAX function

Your question should be split. The popup part is Javascript, the storing part requires a server side script.
