Is there any software out there with GUI that i can use to install mysql and phpmyadmin on my vps account?
Am new to vps,thx...

I am not aware of any GUI to do this kind of installation, but it is not that hard to install them using comman line.

Thanks veedeoo,

am been told to open a console and type:

yum install mysql mysql-server mysql-devel

to start installing, frist of all, what console is been refered to and secondly where can i find the console? Is the console on the vps or i have to download the console?

Normally you would ssh into your VPS using the login credentials given by your hosting company, and install a vnc viewer. I don't know, I've never tried it because I've got plesk installed (which isn't free) but does a good job.
