Hello,
I'm looking for a video player to use on my site to create a more uniform look for embedding videos from sites like Youtube, vimeo, dailymotion, etc.
I've looked at JWPlayer, however it only seems to work with YouTube for this purpose.
Would appreciate any help! Thanks!

Can you use the html5 video tag?

Go to https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms and read prohibitions paragraph 10.

Your API Client will not, and You will not encourage or create functionality for Your users or other third parties to:

access any portion of any YouTube audiovisual content by any means other than use of a YouTube player or other video player expressly authorized by YouTube;

So, you're not allowed to do this unless the third party player has been authorized by YT. I would imagine other hosting platforms have similar prohibitions.
