I want to make a simple anti proxy (anti internet filter)
how do I should start it?
is there any OpenSource anti proxy?
is there any articles about making anti filters?

why anti proxy ? You cant "anti-proxy"... is from the server and the router/switch/network... you cant change your brain because is the main thing that controls everything at least you can do something to treak the proxy but not anti-proxy...
