hello,
i wan to do a leave system with asp script that can assign the approval to each staff. at the same time, the approval also a staff and can applye leave. then i got one form is to add the employee records into table employee(store name, gender, ..), table contact(store email, contact number, address) tablelogin(store the username, pasword and usergroup) and one table department is store the employee position, department, datejoined.

now..my problem is when should i assign the approval to the employee? how can i assign?

i hope can give me more guide. or got any exisitng online eleave system so tat i can get an idea from that.
