Hi guys,

Wasnt sure exactly where to post this, but I need assistance in exactly how I would take a regular ol' clip art map of the United States, add Markers to specific areas, then when a user scrolls over a marker have a pop up box with some text in it. I havent done anything like this in years, and sadly I can't recall at all how to do it.
