Is there a way that I can put some html to form a calendar - that way people and the web page owner can go to a calendar, click on the date, click on the hour and schedule an appointment - all without seeing any other clients appointments? It also needs to be able to allow the web visitor to enter their name and phone number on the appointment - so the web owner can call if their is any appointment change. - again, I don't want anyone browsing to see other peoples appointments or numbers - maybe all they see is greyed out appointment slots where there is other appointments.

You will ideally need a Database to store the information in, there are a number of calendar and diary scripts available if you search Google.
