Hi,

My wife and I own an bush air service in semi-remote part of alaska and we are looking for a way to fine tune a reservation system (in Access) that a friend developed for us. We paid a bunch of money to get some things fixed on it but didn't get good results. It is fairly complicated and I realize that it will take quite a bit of work to get it where I want it. At this point I am not sure to ditch the Access program all together and go with a web based off the shelf system (also very expensive) or to try and develop the Access program to suit our needs. Any of you software developer have any insights?

It depends on your budget and your requirements. Do you want people to reserve online via internet, or is the software just keeping track of reservation status made through phone calls?
