what courses would i have to take to become a fully qualified ict practitioner and how long would it take. at the moment all i have done is my ecdl.

Heh, I did an ECDL course, biggest waste of time ever.
Learnt nothing new, got a little plastic card, and never used it for anything.

I would start with a MCP Microsoft Certified Professional, then work up to MCSE...
