Finally google updated site PR and I am glad to found that my site PR increased from 0 to 2 in 2 months work...
please share your site PR improvement after PR update.

It's all about the quality of the links. I've seen PR5 sites with only 100+ links. If they're from .edu or .gov sites, they are way more powerful. Typically sites with 300-500 links can get a PR1/2 status. 500-100 PR3, 1000-2000 PR4, 5000-10000 PR5, 100000 - PR6.
