What is CTR ?
CTR stands for click trough Rate . Which is the percentage representing number of time the ad is clicked by the number of time the ad is displayed.

Yup,you have gave correct answer of your own question. CTR is click through rate of keyword for which you have got number of clicks.

CTR stands for click through rate . If you are running a compaign for any site promotion the number of clicks countes on your add and you have to pay per click for the promtion.

It's the click-through rate, ie the percentage of clicks you get for each ad impression.
If your ads have been seen 100 times and you've had 5 clicks, your CTR would be 5%.Click through rate is important because it gives you a good idea on how well your copy is working.There are many different factors that determine what is a good CTR.
