You can't :) You can type in cache:www.example.com to see Google's latest cached copy of your website. However, Google doesn't give you access to older copies of its cache.
You can use the Wayback Machine @ http://wayback.archive.org to see old cached versions of your site, as provided by Alexa. However, this is provided by Alexa, not Google.
