How often do you tweak your AdWords campaign? Is it possible to just set up a campaign once and then not touch it for a couple of months?

How often do you tweak your AdWords campaign? Is it possible to just set up a campaign once and then not touch it for a couple of months?

It is never recommended since you could loose lot of money unless you keep track of return on investment.
Your keywords might become cheaper/costlier for reasons which are not in your control.
